Autumn Trace Senior Community Covid-19 Management

Autumn Trace Senior Community Covid-19 Management

Autumn Trace Senior Communities monitors Covid-19 recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and by local and state health authorities, for the safety of our residents, their families, and our staff.

All staff members, third party providers, and visitor are required to sign in and record their temperature prior to entering an Autumn Trace or Autumn Park community. While in the community, residents are not required to wear masks; however, visitors must wear masks in common areas.  Staff and providers must wear masks at all times while in the community.

Cleaning procedures since the pandemic now include regularly disinfecting all surfaces.  If a resident tests positive for Covid-19, they will be quarantined to their apartments and room service for meals provided. Once the recommended quarantine period is over, the resident may resume normal activity.

As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, we will continue to monitor and communicate with local health officials in each area of Indiana, and tailor our plans and events for each specific community accordingly.

If you have any questions regarding our management of COVID-19, please contact the community’s executive.
