At Autumn Trace, nothing is more important to us than the health, safety and well-being of our residents.  To best protect them, their families and our employees, Autumn Trace has  implemented the following measures to combat the COVID-19 virus, in conjunction with Indiana State Board of Health and per recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control.  All measures are in place for 45 days unless alternate information is received prior.

• Restricting all visitors at this time.  All staff enter through the main front entrance only and are screened upon entry for symptoms and/or any increased risk of exposure.
• All transportation cancelled or postponed
• Increased attention and re-education of staff on universal infection control and ensuring proper supplies are in place in all locations throughout our communities, along with additional housekeeping measures
• Proper signage alerts posted at entrances
