Our team of resident assistants onsite 24/7 provide services to those who need additional assistance with daily living tasks. Autumn Trace also provides nursing consults upon request as part of our onsite wellness program.
Exceptional Dining Experience
Autumn Trace offers a variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served daily during open dining hours in our dining room. Snacks and drinks are available 24/7. Our culinary team looks for opportunities to incorporate resident feedback, favorite recipes, and special requests. Guests are welcome to join residents in the community dining room, or residents may reserve the family dining room for a more private dining experience.

Autumn Trace is a great place for companionship and fun. Whether it is meeting up for coffee, reading by the fireplace, joining an exercise class, baking in the clubhouse, or joining one of the many planned social activities or events, there is always plenty to do. Let our staff know some of your family member’s interests and past times. We are sure to have an opportunity for them to join others in doing some of their favorite things.
